poor soundproofingmissing refund
the room lacked proper soundproofing. i could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms. also, the promised refund of my deposit did not happen. i contacted the hotel multiple times, yet i received no response, unacceptable.. this really soured my experience.

The location was central. it allowed easy access to many shops and restaurants. the team showed such warmth and provided really good service. i especially appreciated the genuine smiles from iqbal, juty, and ali. Their kindness.
My stay had some hiccups. my family was placed on separate floors. also, the hallways had dim lighting. It was sometimes hard to see.

The breakfast had good variety with buffet options. The staff were very polite and helpful from the reception desk to housekeeping. My room had super cleanliness and a stylish design. I enjoyed that.
The rooms aren't very soundproof. You could hear noise from neighboring rooms. That was annoying. The bathroom mirror isn't ideal for electric shaving. It's positioned further from the sink. The mirror position made it less convenient.

the hotel offers very easy access to four train lines it also provides very close proximity to regent street and oxford street the hotel's location is unbeatable for shopping and dining.

the room had a bateau bed that was very comfortable and large in size the room included a real table for dining if i ordered room service coffee machine and kettle were also available the decor was original.
